Family with Young Children
The location was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They did everything they could to make it a wonderful experience.

nice clean rooms.
Very friendly staff. Right next to a movie theater and dozens of great restaurants. Clean rooms with refrigerators and microwaves. Very comfortible beds and

I did not get a wake call as requested. I could not make coffee in the room due to dirty pot. Charged for breakfast. The air conditioning unit in the room rattled loudly. Poor night sleep.

The hotel was nice however
I traveled with two older children and we got a king size bed. The staff would not work with us to get a room with twin beds or a cot. There needs to be a way to request twin beds. ...read more

This hotel is conveniently located in a good part of town with many close places to eat, drink and entertain oneself. The hotel is in good repair with cleanliness better than most. Solo Traveler
The location was very good to the areas we wanted to see in JAX. Staff is very friendly. The exercise room is out of date, both treadmill and bike need upgrade badly. In my second day one of the treadmills was out of function. Rooms were clean. Liked the idea that they have guests laundry room.
